Starting from the south coust of Alghero, the first beach that we can appreciate is called "spiaggia della speranza" , there frequently blows strong wind, this fact makes this beach very funny for the lovers of waves which can be until 2 meters hights. |

Just a little more on North, after some kilometer of rocky coast, we can find the beach of Poglina located inside Griecas cove. The beach is quite little and reach it is very hard and so, we suggest to visit it with a local people such as guide. |

The beach called lido Novelli is the first important beach near to the center of the city. The name of the beach comes from its old beach plant buil in the middle of the last century. Is very easy to find it because the plant has a long white wall that unfortunately cover the view of the landscape. |

Maria Pia beach. This is the best beach of Alghero, is very easy to reach has a lot of car parking and most of all has a pinewood and a lot of light sand dune, it is an astonishing place. |
